Terms and Conditions

You send us some money, and we send you a DVD or a download. Or maybe both.

Postage and Packing depends very much on where you live and what you buy, the more or the further away, the more it costs. You can see what you will pay before you go through with your purchase.

privacy policy
we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

delivery policy
orders are usually sent within a week of ordering by 1st class post, although it could be longer if I am on holiday. I don't go away much though.

refund policy
For a refund or exchange items must be unused and returned in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition.
